What does the order status tell me?
The following terms explain the 5 stages of the order process:
Processing:
The premium wireless service provider you requested is currently processing your
order. If your credit is approved and we are able to collect payment from your
credit card or checking account, your order will normally ship within 24-48 hours.
If, upon review of your credit history, your order is not approved, we will continue
to search for an alternate wireless service provider with a comparable rate plan.
Verifying:
Additional Information Needed: There has been a problem in processing your order
and you should have received notification via phone or email. We will need additional
information from you in order to ship your wireless phone. Please check your email,
home voicemail, or order status page to send us the necessary information. Not
all orders will require this step.
Credit Approved:
Your order has been approved by a premium wireless service provider. If you provided
a valid form of payment, your phone will be activated and shipped within the next
24-48 hours.
Authorizing Payment:
The carrier has approved your order and we are currently attempting to collect
the necessary payment from your credit card/checking account. Once we collect
payment, we will ship your phone within the next 24-48 hours.
Shipped:
Your order has been shipped. You may track your order online by viewing the order
status page.
