Why was my rebate denied because I changed my wireless number?

All rebate offers are contingent upon new activation of service. When you change your mobile number directly with the carrier, the carrier may report the original mobile number as ‘out of service’. If we cannot verify that the account is still active with the carrier, we cannot approve the rebate.
