Tell the delivery person directly that you are refusing shipment, or if you cannot meet the delivery person directly, go to your Order Status page to find out which shipping company was used to deliver your package and the tracking number. Call the shipping company, give them the tracking number, and tell them that you wish to refuse shipment.
